Private Yoga

Private, one on one yoga sessions are a great way for you to connect with your body and achieve your personal goals.

Whether you would like to increase your strength, your mobility or if you’d like to learn specific yoga poses such as inversions A private session gives you the opportunity to fine tune your practice with the undivided attention of your yoga instructor. Being comfortable in your own environment means you can try the things you always wanted to learn without the distraction of a big class environment.

A private class is the perfect way to learn technique and hone skills to practice yoga safely and effectively.

5 week yoga program

The 5 week yoga program starts with a free 30min face to face goals and wellness assessment. We work out exactly what your goals are and what your body is needing so we can then tailor the sessions specifically for you.

From there, a program is designed specifically for you and we start your journey with the option of 1 or 2, one hour yoga sessions each week delivered in your home or workplace.

What happens after the 5 week yoga program?

We hope that you have enjoyed the program so much that you would like to do another program or lock in an on going slot.


Small Group Yoga

Do you have a couple of friends that you would love to do yoga with or even your partner? Our small group yoga is designed for up to 4 people.

We'll fit in to meet your lifestyle; choose a time and place to suit you, share the energy of the group and the cost of the session with your friends. Our group sessions are perfect for mothers groups, families and workplaces. With flexible delivery, you can choose from a 5 week program or enjoy casual sessions.


Health Coaching Sessions

Do you want to improve your health?

Have you imagined what it will look like when you achieve your goals, but are struggling to find the right path to get there and then maintain your new habits?

Health coaching sessions will help you pin-point simple steps you can take to start you on the journey to see sustainable and maintainable life changes. We can help you stay on track and develop skills to be able to continue on your path to continued good health.

Health Coaching sessions are currently also available in conjunction with yoga sessions. Find out more about our Private and Small Group yoga sessions.

Pre-Natal Yoga

Yoga fits in beautifully with pregnancy. Whether you have never experienced yoga before or you were practicing yoga previous to your pregnancy, the benefits are nourishing for both Mum and Baby. Some of the benefits include:

  • rejuvenating to the mind and body

  • stretching and aligning the muscles as they shift to allow for the growth of the baby

  • body awareness, confidence and balance as your centre of gravity changes

  • strengthening and conditioning of the muscles that help in the birth and to recover post pregnancy

  • breathing exercises and movements to assist during the birth.

  • gives time and space for You to be centred and grounded, allowing a deeper connection to your baby.

Our Programs

Pre-natal yoga sessions are available in Private sessions for those wanting some one-on-one guidance from the instructor and also small groups if you would like to share the sessions with friends who are also pregnant. Our instructor comes to you in your home or office at a time that suits you and your lifestyle.


Post-Natal Yoga

While the time after the birth of your bub is beautiful and rewarding, it can also be challenging as you seek to reconnect with yourself amidst recovery from your pregnancy and labour all while meeting the demands of a newborn.

Our programs allow you to gently reconnect and strengthen whilst nurturing your body during and after such an intensely emotional and physical period. Specific guidance tailored for you and your body can be started approx. 4-8 weeks after labour with your doctor’s clearance.

The sessions are flexible to suit your time and schedule and can incorporate your baby or be focused just on you.

The benefits of Post Natal yoga:

  • toning and strengthening of pelvic floor and abdominal muscles

  • upper body opening and strengthening to support the carriage of your baby and breast feeding

  • hip and lower back stability and release, easing back pain and instability from relaxin

  • relaxation and rejuvenation for vitality and presence

Our sessions are flexible and can work both if your baby is awake, we can include baby massage and yoga play with your baby, or if they are resting we can send more time on you.
