Inversions and Arm balances have a strong element of play whist cultivating courage and trust with in your own body. Join experienced Yoga Teacher Stephanie as she takes you on a journey of exploring, building and deepening your connection to self through the art of Inversions and Arm balances. Each of these workshops will build upon each other whilst also serving as stand alone workshops.
In this 2 hour workshop we will:
Explore the principles of the basic arm balances such as crow pose as well as how to take them into variations.
Build a foundation for our arm balances to grow from.
Explore the base poses and how to transition into more advanced variations.
Perform drills to help strengthen and prime the body, leaving you feeling more confident
